Prepare A Timetable

Go to 'Insert' in your Word document. Then, click on 'Table', then just go down to 'Insert Table'.

Look for a little box with a choice of columns and rows. , for the columns, type in '7'. For the rows, type in '7'

Highlight the top row of the table. Then go 'Layout' and click ' Merge Cells'.

Go to the row underneath. Write the days of the week in each cell. leave the very first cell because it will be putting each hour of your day in that column.

Move onto the first column and type monday . Write names of week in 1st row

2. Set Up Orientation and Layout
Greeting cards are usually laid out in landscape.
Layout > Page Setup Group > Orientation > Landscape.
3. Divide Your Page for the Fold
For greeting cards that fold down the middle, you can divide the page in half.
Insert > Shapes > Line.
4. Pictures to insert a picture in your document. It can also fill up the whole page with the picture if you set it as the background. Go to Design > Page Color > Fill Effect.
